We Speak Your Language
If you’re running through pain, you need a physio who actually understands your sport. We know how integral running is to your physical and mental health.
Aside from just being terrible advice, “just rest for 6 weeks” is not a phrase you’ll hear here.
Instead, we use objective data and smart load management to keep you on the road whenever safely possible, while fixing the root cause of your pain. We look beyond the sore spot to analyse your whole-body biomechanics, training load, and strength deficits.
Data You Can Actually Use
We know runners love data. But pace and heart rate metrics aren’t enough if your body is breaking down. We use dynamometry to measure your exact force output and provide clear, actionable targets to improve your efficiency and tissue resilience.

01. Calm It Down
We use targeted hands-on therapy, taping, and subtle training modifications (like altering your cadence or step rate) to rapidly reduce your pain while keeping you active.
02. Objective Data
No guesswork here. We use clinical dynamometry to measure your exact force output and identify biomechanical leaks in your glutes, calves, and quads.
03. Rebuild Capacity
Running is essentially a thousand single-leg plyometric jumps. We prescribe heavy resistance training and plyometrics to build tendons and muscles that can absorb the impact.
Common Running Niggles We Treat
Often described as stiff in the morning, warming up with movement, but aching afterward. We see and successfully treat:
• Achilles Tendinopathy
• Patellar Tendinopathy (Jumper’s Knee)
• High Hamstring Tendinopathy
• Gluteal Tendinopathy
Pounding the pavement requires excellent force absorption. When that fails, we commonly see:
• Plantar Fasciitis (Heel Pain)
• Shin Splints (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome)
• Calf Strains & Tightness
• Bone Stress Injuries
Often caused by biomechanical leaks further up or down the kinetic chain:
• Runner’s Knee (Patellofemoral Pain)
• ITB Syndrome (Runner’s Knee Side Pain)
• Hip Flexor & Groin Strains
