Booking: Appointments are managed via Cliniko. Online bookings through HaltH require a valid credit or debit card to be stored on file to secure the appointment.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
DNA and Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (Did Not Attend) or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation price.
Fee Processing: By booking an appointment, you authorise Abound Physio to charge any outstanding cancellation or DNA fees to your card on file via HaltH.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure subsequent patients are seen promptly. The full session fee applies.

Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of consultation.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and HICAPS for immediate private health insurance claims.
Medicare and DVA: Medicare (CDM/EPC) and DVA claims are processed via Tyro within Cliniko. Patients are responsible for any applicable gap fees.
NIB First Choice: As an NIB First Choice provider, capped rates apply for members of NIB and its partner brands (including AAMI, Apia, Suncorp, Qantas, ING, IMAN, GU Health, Real Health, Australian Seniors, and Priceline).

Conditions: * Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to sessions booked as part of a pack. Late cancellations or DNAs will result in the forfeiture of that session from the pack.

AI Assistance: We utilise AI to assist in transcribing and drafting clinical notes during or after consultations. All our use of AI is approved by the governing health bodies for use in clinical settings and is subject to strict security regulations.
Practitioner Oversight: All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and finalised by your physiotherapist to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance.
Data Privacy: Audio data is used for real-time transcription and is not stored permanently by the AI provider. Use of these tools complies with Australian Privacy Principles.

Collection: We collect personal and health information to provide safe and effective physiotherapy care.
Third-Party Providers: We use secure third-party platforms for clinic operations, including Cliniko (Practice Management), HaltH (Payments), Everfit (Exercise Prescription), and Heidi AI (Documentation).
Storage: Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For more details, refer to our full Privacy Policy [See here].

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abound Physio excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss, or any technical issues or inaccuracies on this website.
Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupplying the services.
