• Retention: In accordance with Australian law, health records are kept for a minimum of 7 years (or until age 25 for minors).

• Practice Management & CRM: Secure platforms used for bookings, billing, and patient communication.
• Clinical Assistants: Secure AI tools used to draft clinical documentation and follow-up plans.
• Exercise Platforms: Digital applications used to deliver rehabilitation programs.
• Overseas Disclosure: Some service providers host data on secure servers outside of Australia (predominantly in the USA). We ensure these providers meet high privacy standards.

3. Financial Data

• Online Payments: We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Card details captured during online bookings are encrypted and handled by the payment processor, not stored on our local servers.
• In-Person Payments: Processed via standard Hicaps/EFTPOS terminals.
