We offer 30 & 60 minute appointments

We’ll start by getting to know you and what’s contributing to your pain or injury. Then we’ll work together on a plan, based on your goals, that works with you. Sometimes you’ll need follow-up sessions and sometimes you won’t!

We’ll help you understand your injury and its healing process, so you know exactly what to expect and what steps you need to take for a successful recovery.

Screen for serious problems (e.g., do you need scans, referral on etc.)

We’ll partner with you to develop a comprehensive plan of care, combining treatment and exercise to ensure a complete recovery and lasting health benefits.

Treat

Depending on your injury, we’ll use hands-on techniques like massage and joint mobilisation to help you find relief and reduce pain, from your very first visit.
