Tailored Program
We provide a personalised 4-12 week exercise program that’s tailored to your recovery timeline, goals, and budget and gym access (or lack thereof!).
24/7 Support
You will get access to your personal account on Train Heroic, where you can see your daily exercises, video demonstrations, set up reminders, and get 24/7 support from your physio using the app’s instant messaging.
