Yellow flags are an umbrella term referring to the thoughts/beliefs, feelings/emotions, and communal/social factors that contribute to the pain experience.
What’s neat about the rehab process is that sometimes you can simply perform the goal task as the rehab exercise; you just need to manipulate some variables!
